Tim Duffy (President) is the Founder and Executive Director of Music Maker Relief Foundation. He has a BA from Friends World College and MA from the Curriculum in Folklore at UNC Chapel Hill.
Denise Duffy is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Music Maker. She has a BA from Hampshire College and joined husband Tim in managing Music Maker after leaving a successful career in the fashion industry.
Catherine Elkins is a Results Measurement & Impact Evaluation consultant from North Carolina. She is a longtime supporter of Music Maker and began working with staff in 2011 to develop a new results measurement strategy.
Dom Flemons is a songster and multi-instrumentalist from Arizona. He has performed all over the world with his group, The Carolina Chocolate Drops and solo.
Richard F Henneberry, II (Treasurer) worked for 18 years as a consultant and in corporate finance. Rich is an avid music supporter and Music Maker Board member since 2010 as well as the Board Treasurer. Rich is also on the Veterans committee for Common Ground on the Hill and is active in his local community through various efforts to promote music and the arts.
Congressman Jon C Porter, (Ret.) is President and CEO of Porter Gordon Silver Communications LLC in Washington, D.C.
Bill Puckett is an award-winning Creative Director and owner of Puckett & Associates Marketing. Together with Tim & Denise Duffy created New York Times noted campaign that included a 36 city Winston Blues Revival featuring Taj Mahal and many Music Maker artists.
Henry Slyker (Director) is a Financial Advisor with an MBA and a CLU from The Baltimore area. As a veteran, Henry is also involved with the VFW and the VA hospital system.
Rick Teller is a private investor, and has served on the Board of Directors since 2011.
Tom Wallack is a Senior Vice President with the Global Private Client Group of Merrill Lynch in New York City. Tom had been in the Financial services industry for the past 25 years. Prior to Merrill Lynch Tom worked for The Citibank Private bank also in New York City. In 2002 Tom started his own not for profit record company –Flying Horse Records- based in Brooklyn, NY; supporting local artists from start up to a major label signing.
