Help an Artist in Need: Eddie Tigner
After playing a gig on April 23rd, 83-year-old Eddie Tigner of Atlanta was too tired to carry his heavy keyboard from his car into his house. When he awoke the next morning, both his car and his keyboard were gone. Eddie’s car was found but in very bad shape; the keyboard is gone for good. Now Eddie is unable to travel or perform, preventing him from playing the music he loves and from earning a living.
Our Musician Sustenance Program will help Eddie get back to business with an Emergency Aid grant. Please lend your support by making a donation now and by attending one of the fundraising events or auctions Eddie’s hometown fans will be hosting in the Atlanta area.
Together, we can purchase a replacement keyboard and vehicle so Eddie can get back to work.
