Announcing Music Maker Editions: Lamont Lane

Lamont Lane is a new tintype photography book by renowned photographer Tim Duffy, whose work has previously been covered by NPR, Rolling Stone and Smithsonian.

This book is launching Music Maker Editions, a tiny book series published in conjunction with Music Maker Foundation, a nonprofit supporting Southern roots musicians and artists which works to transform communities through artistic endeavors.

This wetplate series continues Music Maker’s community work in the rural community of Fountain, NC, following Hanging Tree Guitars, a photobook documenting the work of luthier Freeman Vines.

Lane and Duffy created these stunning portraits together, producing a limited run photobook; 300 copies are available through Music Maker Foundation and 200 have been granted to Lane to sell in his community. Lane and Duffy are available for interview.
